--- title: "Devo: Ceret + Valerie" description: "About the Leaders Valerire Pirtle was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, and her journey to ONE began in June1. Her experience so far has been amazing and she has seen herself grow spiritually and has received more clarity from God about her purpose.     For a living, Valerire works as a Production Coordinator and is bilingual. She speaks both English and Korean which is indigenous to her roots,  as she is half Asian and half African American. She grew up with two sisters, one older and one younger but often is dubbed as her little sister’s twin even though they are nine years apart.    If she was to choose a character from a tv show or movie to best describe herself, she would choose Lisa from the Simpsons and her favorite tv shows are the Cosby show or In Living Color.    Valerire would one day like to visit the Maldives or Tahiti and this would be her favorite vacation spot.   Ceret Daramola is a Los Angeles native and has lived there her entire life. Her journey with ONE began over eight years ago and she describes it to be inspiring, encouraging, powerful and life changing.  She has a wonderful family and they love to cook, eat, sing, play games and travel the world together. For a living, Ceret works in Admin at Culver City Volvo. If she had to choose a character from a tv show or movie to best describe herself, she would choose Henrietta Wilson from the tv show1. Her go-to karaoke songs are: “The way” by Jill Scott, “Summer Rain” by Carl Thomas and “The Truth” by Indie Arie.  Ceret’s favorite tv shows of all time are “The Cosby Show”, “A Different World” and “In Living Color”. If she had to choose her favorite vacation spot, it would be Monaco in the French Riviera because she loves to visit the cathedrals and relax on the beach watching the sunset from a yacht." --- # [[ group.name ]] **Location Type:** Virtual | Online **Frequency:** Weekly **Group Type:** Devotional **Target Audience:** All Genders **Neighborhood | Area:** Los Angeles **Time Zone:** PST **Day of the Week:** Wednesday **Time of Day:** Evening You are a member of this group.
