About the Leader

Krista Hayes is from Mississippi but grew up as a military brat. She has lived in Arlington, Texas since 2019. Her journey to ONE began in 2018 and she has been attending online since. 
 
For a living, Krista is an entrepreneur and works specifically as a Women’s Transformational Coach. She is a mother of two children (a boy and a girl) and has a cute fur baby who is a bichon frise. 
 
If she had to choose a character from a tv show or movie to best describe herself, she would choose Carrie from Sex and the City. Although Krista is still debating her favorite go-to karaoke song as she is still conquering her fear of singing (off-key) in public, her favorite movie would be The Avengers: Endgame or Infinity War. 
 
Her favorite city is New York City because it represents so much of her personality.
